Sign in with Apple
KeepUp requires Sign in with Apple for protected online AI, but not for its private on-device workspace. If sign-in fails, confirm that the device has an internet connection, that you are signed into iCloud, and that Sign in with Apple is available for your Apple Account. Tap Continue with Apple again, or choose Explore on this device to use local planning, school, scanning, reminder, and offline-helper features without an account.
AI request takes longer than expected
KeepUp allows time for a secure AI response. If a request fails, confirm the iPhone has an internet connection and retry once. The app provides on-device fallback planning or coaching when the secure AI service is unavailable.
App Attest protection could not be verified
Protected AI requests require Apple App Attest on a supported physical device. Confirm that KeepUp was installed from TestFlight or the App Store, update to the latest build, and retry with a working internet connection. If the app was reinstalled or the iPhone was restored or migrated, KeepUp automatically creates and registers a new security key. Planning and offline helpers remain available while online AI is blocked.
Scan or photo does not read correctly
Use even lighting, keep the page flat, and fill the camera frame with the document. Review recognized text before requesting AI help. You can always paste or type corrections.
Notifications
Class, assignment, task, and chore reminders require notification permission in iPhone Settings. KeepUp asks you to review dates and times before saving reminders. You can edit or remove the related item inside KeepUp at any time.
Daily check-ins
The Assistant tab can create a daily briefing from your saved plan or respond to a message about your day. KeepUp may suggest small next steps, but it does not replace medical or mental-health care and cannot perform actions outside the app.
Delete your account
Open Today → profile icon → KeepUp account → Delete KeepUp account. Confirm the warning and then confirm your identity with Apple. Successful deletion revokes KeepUp’s Apple authorization, clears the device workspace and session, and removes pending KeepUp notifications. If you are using only the on-device workspace, no server account exists; use the reset controls or remove the app to clear local information.
Academic accuracy
KeepUp can make mistakes. Verify facts, calculations, quotations, citations, deadlines, and assignment requirements with your instructor and original course materials. KeepUp never submits schoolwork for you.
